Rubber Bearing Strip Bearings – EKR

Natural Rubber strip is used to support a concrete slab. Natural rubber bearings are used to support the beams.

These products are generally used where vertical loads / drifts are relatively low.

Where vertical load capacity/translations and rotations need to be increased, the preferred option would be to use a laminated elastomeric bearing.
